Merchandise Pickup for local residents:
Customers who wish to pick up their order may do so by appointment. Our warehouse located at 227 Centre Avenue, Rt 123 Abington, MA 02351. Please call 781-878-1800 or email us (info@snow-pond.com) to set up a pick-up appointment as we are not always at the warehouse location.

Payment and Pricing
We accept checks, money orders, VISA, and MasterCard. We reserve the right to bill credit card orders at the time of receipt for product that will ship at a later date. All prices are subject to change.

Sales Tax
Only orders shipped to Massachusetts are required to pay 6.25% sales tax. We do not collect sales tax for sales to customers in other states. Anyone claiming exemption must supply us with a copy of their current resellers certificate or sales tax exemption certificate.

Backorders
If we have to ship your order without some of your items, we'll note the backordered items on the invoice, and ship them as soon as possible. We reserve the right to bill credit card orders for the back ordered items at the time of the initial shipment. This greatly reduces our administrative costs. Occasionally we'll have a backordered item become unavailable from a supplier; if this happens, we'll issue a refund unless there is an acceptable substitute.

Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Snow Pond Farm Supply. If you have a problem with a purchase, we'll work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution. We promise to treat you with dignity and respect in resolving any problem - large or small and expect similar treatment in return. Our liability in any situation is limited to the purchase price of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges on non-defective items are the customer's expense unless we request the item be returned. Please inspect your order when it arrives and notify us immediately if there is a problem.
