Honey Bee Attractant

Recommended by the Paul Parent Garden Club! If you have backyard fruit trees or citrus you need honeybees for pollination to get a good crop. In fact commercial orchards rent honeybees at bloom time. Use our Honey Bee lures during the bloom period and bring in the bees. Packaged 3 lures per box, hang one lure per tree at bloom time. For the garden use 1 lure per 100 square feet. It will last for two weeks.

Lady Bug Attractant

Ladybugs are beneficial insects that eat harmful insects in your garden, keeping down the population. Use Lady Bug Attractant to bring wild lady bugs into your yard and keep them there. If you buy lady bugs, use the lures to keep them there so they won't go to your neighbors. This lure will also attract lace wigs another helpful insect. Lady Bug Lures

TangleTrap

TangleTrap is a sticky coating used to make insect traps. The material is odorless and can be used indoors or outdoors to trap pests such as whiteflies, fungus gnats, winged aphids and carrot rust flies. Available in the following three formulations: Paste, Brushable and Spray

Tangletrap - Paste

This is the original formula and the purest grade. It is suitable for all trapping surfaces. However, it is extremely thick and must be applied using a putty knife, spatula or similar object.

TangleTrap - Brushable

As its name implies, this formulation can be applied using a paint brush. It contains odorless mineral spirits which reduces the viscosity of the material. Once applied, the material has the same trapping power as the paste. Brushable formula is well suited to contoured trap surfaces. 8 oz. can has a convenient built-in brush.

Tangletrap - Spray

This is the easiest formulation to apply in any situation. A convenient, no mess choice if only covering a few traps per year.

TangleFoot

TangleFoot is applied around the trunk of a tree. It's an extremely sticky, caramel colored paste made from natural gum resins, castor oil and wax. It's effective against crawling insects who must reach the tree tops to feed, mate or deposit eggs. These include cankerworms, gypsy moth caterpillars, ants, and some weevils. The insects are trapped as they attempt to crawl over the band of TangleFoot. Apply over TangleGuard tree wrap (sold separately, below) to prevent oil from penetrating the bark and to make fall clean up easy.

TangleFoot Kit

Contains a 4" x 3' foam band to wrap the tree and a 6 oz. tube of TangleFoot enough to protect a couple of trees in a conveniently packaged kit. Instructions included.

Japanese Beetle Trap Kit

There are many beetle traps available. We chose to offer this one because it's designed to last for many seasons instead of being a "throwaway" trap. Both the top and bottom of the trap are made of durable plastic and can be emptied over and over. Another superior feature is the double action lure which will usually last a full season and contains both a highly efficient aromatic lure and a potent pheromone lure. The aromatic floral lure attracts both males and females, while the pheromone lure attracts only the males. This combination of lures has been proven to catch up to 5 times as many beetles as the floral lure alone!

Silverfish Traps

YellowJacket & Flying Insect Traps
